Thank you for choosing our services. Your adherence to our policies helps us provide better service to all our clients.
Booking & Cancellation Fee
Upon making an appointment, a booking fee will be charged, which applies to your scheduled service.
Rescheduling or canceling appointments within 48 hours of the scheduled time will result in a charge equivalent to 50% of the booked service.
Clients who do not attend their appointments will be charged 100% of the service fee. 
Booking Fees are non-refundable, no exceptions.
Rescheduling & Late Policy 
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment to ensure punctuality for our next client.
Additionally, if a valid card is not on file, your appointment will be canceled. 
Please note that unexpected events such as illness, work emergencies, and travel delays are not exempt from our policy. 
Refunds & Returns
We regret to inform you that we do not accept returns on any purchased skincare products or gift certificates.
Additionally, all services rendered cannot be refunded. 
We appreciate your understanding and thank you for your continued support.
